I began my journey with Ori two years ago, as part of a physical and mental training combo. My training with Ori focused on strength development and mental empowerment. During our work together I’ve doubled my 5RM in the gym and learned effective ways to improve my self management which led me to achieve my personal fitness goals, enhancing my practice techniques and managing my life more effectively. I met Yoav about eight years ago after I tore my rotator cuff. I had been in physical therapy for about a year and a half without any improvement. Someone at John McEnroe's tennis center recommended that I see Yoav because he had rehabbed Novak Djokovic's shoulder. I figured, 'if he was good enough for Djokovic, he would be good enough for me!' Well, Yoav worked magic on my shoulder and cured me. A few years later. I tore my meniscus. I was told that I would definitely need surgery. I reached out to Yoav once again and began working with him. He was able to save me from surgery and completely rehab my knee. He is not only a miracle worker,when it comes to myofascial release, kinesthesiology and physical rehabilitation, but he is the most motivating and challenging personal trainer that I have ever worked with! I continue to work with him in weekly Skype sessions and I am in the best shape of my life!
